This is my second review of this product that I take specifically for gastric reflux. I have suffered extreme levels of reflux for many years, giving me pain and severe vocal cord disruption, and it was recommended by a friend whose husband suffers Barrett’s Disease and this product gave marked relief. For me, the difference is staggering, calming 90% plus of my reflux symptoms. I take some 40-50 ml once a day, before a main meal. It’s palatable and easily digested. You have to take the product for about a month for any effect to be noticeable . From Amazon, it’s a great price as well and always beats health food shops on price. No guarantees of course, but it works for me and continues to do so over many years now. From my research, the product coats and protects the oesophagus from acid attack and I understand has a second effect in reducing any excess acid production but that is unproven. For those with any level of troubling acid reflux, this is absolutely worth a try. And much healthier for you than a constant supply of PPI medication.

Its actually a nice way to take Aloe Vera juice. I dont know if its doing any good but worrh trying. I’ve been advised its good for diverticula.

Product chosen to aid digestive upset following meals. It is very soothing and reduced the effects I experienced. Did not really taste of cranberry but was not bitter so easy to drink. Not as smooth as other products I have used, and would have liked to see the full list of ingredients prior to purchase. It is a satisfactory affordable product which helped my IBS.
