Excellent foot massager for sore and tired feet!
The ball and heel (and everything in between) of my left foot was hurting so I went searching for relief. I tried stretches, soaks, and elevation but it persisted after long days. I found this foot massager with compression and built-in heat treatment, and completed my purchase— my shiatsu back massager, also from Snailax was a hit and has been going strong for nearly 2 years now— so I was/am confident in the quality. The massager is comfy, and fit my size 11 men’s, just fine with room to spare. The out-of-the-box settings were a bit too intense for me— it was firm and super ticklish, but like many people, went back to read the manual after the fact. I used the remote control to adjust the pressure intensity and also added heat at that point. Now looking at the device’s buttons it seems intuitive but if in doubt, just read the manual. After dialing in, Wow! It felt amazing, like a real foot-massage. There was rolling and compression with attention moving from toes to heel. It massaged my achilles too, but I did have to remember to position my foot back and not slide them in too deep. After the preset 15 minutes, I was thinking, was that really only 15 mins?! I started another round. I’ve been using it daily for over a week and sometimes multiple times per day. I found I can now comfortably increase the pressure intensity to the middle setting and it’s not too much for me, though my default preference is still the lowest pressure, which again, is good enough. At first I thought a tilt feature would be nice, but this flat design works rather well, with less to fidget with… I guess I forgot that my fit could pivot if needed! I thought the remote control wasn’t needed, but after using the massager, I agree that it’s nice to have a remote control to avoid having to bend forward to make adjustments. The removable inserts are a nice feature for keeping everything clean, though, I typically opt to use the massager with clean feet, in clean socks! But that’s just me… you can wash the inserts to deodorize as needed. Overall, it’s a great foot massager so far that meets my needs and has been effective at relieving my foot pain when all else failed to deliver lasting results. Included remote control uses coin-cell CR2025 battery (included).

My feet's best friend after a long day at work!
I have been using Snailax massagers for years now. I have had such good luck with my first two massagers (including a heating pad for shoulders) over the past five years, that I decided it was time to get some other Snailax products to care for my middle-aged body. I recently purchased this foot massager to help my feet relax at day's end. I have not been disappointed. The massager is large, but not nearly as large as I expected it to be (after all, I have size 14 feet and they fit inside just fine). The heat is nice, though not overwhelming. The pressure was most unexpected--there are three levels, and I keep it set on the lowest level. This is the only level of compression that feels comfortable to me--but then again I have very large feet. Smaller feet might have no problem with a higher level of compression, due to the smaller volume of their feet inside the massager. The compression does help with blood flow, which provides for relaxation and rest. The massaging beads under the feet feel just great too. If anything they could be even more aggressive (but I like deep foot massage--I suspect most people would find them to be an idea level of pressure.) After 20 minutes of a little heat, compression, and massage, my feet say "ahhhhhh" and I'm about ready to head to sleep. As with all other Snailax products, this massager is excellent quality, with a very fine design and build. The remote control adds excellent functionality in a simple size. Though I bought this product for myself, I would think it would make a great gift for a parent or for a loved one who spends a lot of time on his or her feet. I look forward to many restful evenings of sitting down at day's end and letting Snailax restore my feet!

Relief for plantar fasciitis issues
I have plantar fasciitis, and between one job where I sit too much and one job where I stand too much, I've been looking for any way to provide relief to my aching feet. I finally decided to splurge on this (it didn't hurt that my HSA plan paid for it!) and I'm so glad I did. The compression and kneading functions are my favorite - the compression gets VERY tight, but it's not too much for me, and is far less painful than some of the PF massages I've received. I like that the functions switch up periodically as it runs - the kneading switches direction, and the compression turns on and off. I've been using this every day since I received it, and my foot pain in the mornings is significantly decreased. I wear a size 8 shoe, and there is plenty of room inside the pockets for my feet plus more. My son, who wears a size 4, can use it comfortably too and can still feel the compression well. The heat is subtle, until it's NOT, and then it's quite warm. I often opt for no heat, and I enjoy that every function is individually adjustable. I would love it even more if there was a cooling function! There is an auto shut off at 15 minutes which is just about perfect. All in all, I'm very happy with this product. Work well, provides relief, and was reasonably priced. It's decently quiet - I can use it when my family are still asleep, or while we're watching tv. It's a little bulky, but that's to be expected. It's lightweight and easy for me to move between the couch or my office desk.

Best Foot Massager I've Tried So Far!
I really love this foot massager. The combination of the shiatsu massage, vibration and squeezing from the inflation really helps my planar fasciitis and peripheral neuropathy. The unit is light weight and easy to use. It would be perfect if you could set the timer (I find the preprogrammed time too short and end up having to turn it back on at least three times before I'm done!) and if you could adjust the foot size somehow. I like to sit with my feet up while I'm using it, which causes my feet to slide down inside the unit, which isn't the desire position for treatment. I prefer my feet to be forward in the unit so the treatment hits the desired areas. The only way to do this without my feet slipping to a different position is to sit upright. Not a big deal; I've been stuffing a rolled up sock in there to keep my feet in position, but it would be a nice feature.

AMAZING
Best foot massager I have ever used. It really gets in deep into your foot to workout any knots. The heat and compression settings are so nice. This feels just like the expensive massages you pay for. Just buy it. You won’t regret it!

I really want to like this foot massager..
Pros: -The kneading and air compression are strong enough. (I don't use vibration as I find it mostly ineffective; the intermittent functioning and sound I find annoying). -It has a much better massaging "effect" than others I've tried, partly due to the larger-size of one of the massage heads which move right under the ball of the foot. This, along with the massage component "groupings" working in unison together with a "change-up" every couple of minutes or so makes for a nice realistic massage feel. -It's very light! Easy to grab in the center with one hand and move around. -The slot for the remote is nice. Cons: All of the above would would make this a 5 star, however: -VERY limited kneading coverage. The same amazing feeling while it kneads the arch area of my foot isn't so amazing (and can even hurt) after 3 or 4 minutes in the same spot, let alone 15 minutes, while the rest of the foot sits with nothing happening. The kneading-area reaches across the arch from where the ball of the foot starts to where the heel begins. This would not be *so* bad if I was able to move my foot around inside the boot, but the boxed-in design of the boot makes that impossible. I am a women's size 9.5. If there were 3 separate kneading-components for the ball, toes, and heel this machine would be amazing and worth the extra money. Removing the washable liner helped somewhat. I was able to slide my feet further inside for more massage coverage around the back half of the foot, but sliding my feet backward for more coverage around the front half of the foot had minimal affect since 75 % of my feet had to stick over the "wall" at the back of the boot created by the boxed-in design. Even so, you have to to point your toes downward and stretch them into the grouping of massage-heads that are moving around in place. None of this is ideal or the way the machine was designed to be used. Also of note: In the graphic illustration for this product showing the "insides", we see a small tray of cone-like heads grouped together right under the ball/toe area of the each foot. I'm not sure what their function is as that part of my feet never reached that area due to the boot design stopping my leg over the front of the ankle, preventing my feet from moving further into the boot. I took the liners out to see if that would help, I was able to slide them in further, and hang my toes over a kind of "ledge" where I could feel the cones below, that I saw in the illustration. I did not sense them dong anything on any setting. I actually had to strain my foot forward to touch the top of them. A strange design. -This machine does not default to the "last setting" at shut-off. Super annoying to have to re-set it each time and listen to a loud beep sound for each and every mode/sub-mode setting. -Weak signal from remote (not a huge deal but notable) Ultimately, with a modicum of tweaking in design and function this COULD be an amazing little foot massager.

this machine is a great help for my painful feet
massage works great, heat is a plus. I've only used the lowest setting so far. And there was plenty of action. My feet felt wonderful after. Great purchase, thank you
