I’m going to be totally honest, as a gym rat I only bought this after reading one paragraph on the page talking about carbs and I LOVE carbs… both to eat and to get big.I put like 3/4 scoop on my pre mix with 1 heaping scoot preworkout, 1 scoop raw pump2, and 2 heaping scoops concrete creatine HCL. When I started adding the intro workout I instantly started having way more strength and energy for my workouts. Went from burning 600-800 calories during my lifts to 800-1000 because I wouldn’t get gassed. A lot of times I’d feel like 1.5 hours of an epic lift sesh I could still keep going.I will continue adding this in my mid regardless of whether I’m using it right/taking it at the right time or not. It’s worth trying IMO

This is best when added to an EAA. Def don’t put it in your protein!
