It's transparent, but awkwardly shaped so the curves look strange on your face. Also, the instruction manual is useless because they hold the tool upside down in the manual, so you cannot use the indicators.... regret buying this...

Very nicely presented, works brilliantly, my husband was very happy with it, only thing I would have liked is a stencil part for his moustache, but still a brilliant tool!!!
