Does what it says on the tin but didn't work for me as hoped. The heel pads were of better quality than some others and a reasonable price. They arrived super quickly too. As anyone with PF knows there's usually no one thing that works totally, it s a combination of remedies and devices and what works for you may not work for others. I've tried everything and depending which way the wind blows some will provide some relief. It's truly a git of a condition to have. Give these a go, they're cheap enough to try and not put a dent in the finances if they don't work for you

Comfy good quality
I'm a ladies 7/8 and bought the large, think medium would have been better but that's not an option. These are comfortable to wear though the gel feel does take a little getting used to. I also found they were a little heavy for pump/ballerina style shoes and made the heels slip off. Would however buy them again for other styles.

Good
Very comfortable but you can feel them a bit in the middle of the foot as you step on it.The heel is securely glued on but the middle flaps a bit. Nothing serious though.Good product

Eases the pain
I have been using these on my work shoes and have found the following1) they do work2) if you do a lot of walking they can move so need to adjust3) if your like me and throw your shoes in the cupboard just remember you have them in your shoes or you will be looking for them the next morning .Apart from that all good.

Read the instructions (with a magnifying glass)
Before using these, please remember to read the instructions. They're printed in miniscule type, so I repeat them here for those without a powerful magnifying glass: Remove the insole that came with your shoe. Place it on top of the plantar series orthotic. Trim the plantar series using your shoe insole as a guide.In other words, this product fits underneath your insole - those complaining about it slipping around in their shoes please note!

Comfortable but the textile upper covering came away fairly quickly
The heel pads were a great boon in relieving the pain caused by plantar fasciitis. Disappointingly the fabric upper lining started to come away from the pad quite quickly though the pad remains usable and comfortable.

used them for a couple of days ..i didnt feel ok with it. BUt my wife likes them so i guess it depends on the shape of your foot.
