It’s good but I sliced my finger day one.

Nice cutter, a bit large for purpose in a domestic environment. More force needed than necessary due to extreme sharpness of blades. Inserts move when slicing, should be solid fitting for that price. Unfortunately not a lot of choice in this field and an electrical one is out of the question for smaller amounts of food.

I haven't had the opportunity to give this a full workout yet, but initial thoughts are that it is of good quality, and simple to clean. Love the idea of the E books as a little extra.

Whilst this product is of good quality, there were No instructions provided within the box or along with the product as to the Safe Use of the equipment, how to safely extract the initial cutter guide before removing the blade protector! Considering the severity of danger this product has to personal use, I would seriously advise the manufacturer to include clear, basic Safety of Use manual with this type of product. Failing to ensure instructions for use pertaining such sharp instruments such as this, in my eyes, is indeed negligence towards the safety of their customers! I personally would have welcomed some guidance, and am disappointed at the lack thereof, serious injury is inevitable with such equipment if not advised how to operate the product "safely" and with utmost caution!

I like the different attachments however when slicing the last of the (for example) potato gets stuck and you have to use a lot of force to get the done.

The 'holder' that is supposed to safely hold the food you are slicing has very small pins (on mine, one was sunken back into the plastc, so useless) sticking out a millimetre which does not hold anything securely, it rips mushrooms, so it's no good for them, unles you want to take the chance and hold the food without it, and slice you fingers away. Rubbish.
