I was a bit dubious about buying a weight loss supplement, this is actually the first one I have ever used. Needless to say it will be the only weight loss supplement I ever use - its incredible! It really makes me hot and sweaty on my morning walk around the cold park. I lost 3 pounds in my first week alone and really feel that it makes fat burning easy, it's great stuff.

Well it definitely does something as after about 10 minutes of taking it I’d get quite shakey and I’d be wanting to move around a lot and stuff. Don’t think I’ll be taking it again though because it caused me to have heart palpitations along with cold sweats but I think that just depends on the person :)

I am not one for taking my time to write reviews but thought that I must leave a review in this case, simply because it is so amazing. This product is great for weight loss and has definately help me lose body fat, especially after having been at a plateau for so long. Thermo xx instantly boosted my weight loss and kick-started the whole process for me with a bang. No jitters and effective at 1 capsule for the first few weeks! Amazing weight loss supplement and easily the most effective product on the market, at least what I have found - and I have used a LOT of weight loss supplements. I don't like getting weighed, as in the past when my bodyweight has fluctuated it has really made me stress. This time around I haven't weighed myself, but thanks to thermo XX I have dropped 2 dress sizes!
