Maltodextrin is sugar!! and worst than glucose!
This product is very tasty but it has Maltodextrin which has a glycemic index higher than sugar and making this product unhealthy, promoting weight gain and unsuitable for diabetics. The 97% less sugar is a big lie! keep away if you are trying to lose weight or you are diabetic. Check this review published in the scientific, pear reviewed journal: Critical reviews in food science and nutrition, 2016 Sep 9;56(12):2091-100, "Nutrition, Health, and Regulatory Aspects of Digestible Maltodextrins."

Tasty on toast
This spread is pretty good on toast or pancakes, however it has a weird synthetic taste when eaten by itself - I consider this a bonus though, as usually I just end up eating entire jars of spread with a spoon, which is not healthy! It's only a couple of calories per 15g less than Nutella but contains a load of artificial sweeteners, so I'm not really sure what the point is. For the price, you're probably better off buying cheaper spreads and using less.

I bought this for my granddaughter. Keeps well, lovely taste and although it is expensive, I feel it's worth it for those people who are concerned about sugar content

Knowing it is zero palm oil and almost sugar free, wasn’t sure. But after trying it and the kids loving it.. will stick to it and discard other unhealthy brands.
