Just didn't work
Simply wouldn't work. Didn't respond to SMS commands - despite using a SIM that worked perfectly in another manufacturer's GPS tracker. The IMEI number on the back, which is needed so you can use the app, was illegible so useless. Returning it for a refund and will buy a different one.

Rubbish Product
Rubbish, really disappointed with this device there are several problems with this product,1. you cannot change the time from china to UK2. The battery only last for 2 days if you are lucky3 The whole set up is a nightmare.4. The device gives you false alarms and readings.5. The devise says it can up date every 30 seconds, it certainly does not and can take it up to half an hour to update.6. The collar that came with the device comes undone at the slightest touch.7. The devise tracking does not follow exact routes, and will make a track across fields and lakes.

Rubbish!
It is sooo confusing to set up! The instructions make no sense and are not detailed enough. The device is too big and heavy for a small dog. Ive tried and tried but I’m going to send it back. Very disappointed!
