Content good but not worth the extra £10
They ingredient content is better than other supplements but you have to take 3 tablets a day to meet this. They smell horrendous! Almost to the point you can't swallow them. I think we are going to stick to previous ones.

the smell is absolutely foul, and my husband felt so sick from the ...
I bought these for my husband 2 weeks ago after attending her feritily class, and i now have to throw them, the smell is absolutely foul, and my husband felt so sick from the smell he refused to take them..... so now my money has been flushed down the toilet!
