I tried The Big Cheese Mouse & Rat Attractant to improve my trap success rate, and while it worked in some cases, the results were mixed. However, in certain situations, I found that traditional baits like peanut butter were more effective. Something that actually works
I tried a ton of humane methods before resorting to snap traps, and this was the first bait that actually worked for me. I tried peanut butter, chocolate spread, various other tasty things and all were ignored but this caught me two in the same day. It comes out of the tube in a perfect little amount to fit the receptacle on the traps so convenient and super easy to use, and no mess. Make sure to handle the trap with gloves on while you're baiting and placing it because they are repelled if they smell human on it

Doesn't seem to work.
This was delivered on the 9th of April and I applied it to six mouse traps from three brands. Nothing. I put some chocolate on all six traps yesterday and today I have a mouse. Sorry to say that I believe this doesn't work.

Mouse ignored it, not effective.
This did nothing, the mouse went past the traps with it on & went to the one that I had put a strawberry in. Complete waste of money.

Especially effective in electronic traps, and much easier to use than fresh bait.
We've used this bait paste with a variety of traps, indoors and out, and it works well with all of them.While the positioning of the traps is important, this paste has produced much quicker results than fresh bait with only a pea-sized amount, and has the advantage of staying in place when you empty out the carcasses, so you can use it time and again.It's by far the most effective bait we've ever tried, and a tube lasts ages; so it's highly recommended.
