Significantly better results
1. Noticed a significantly better result then other creams over using for the last month. 2. Like the individual packets - rather then having open tubes. Note: Does not have a scent, so 5 stars for being odorless :)

Helpful for wounds and sores
I honestly don't know if this stops pain, as I cannot feel my toes (Diabetic Neuropathy), but it does help some sores on my toes (caused by shoes rubbing). With the weather so hot, we store it in the refrigerator.

A very effective antibiotic salve for open sores or cuts.
There are other antibiotic/anti-infection salves out there and I'm sure you can think of at least one. But my HMO uses Bacitracin over the others. They tell me they feel it has less additives than the others and it works. I'm diabetic and I'm not as diligent as I should be, when it comes to controlling my sugars. Sometime this lack of care leads to small open sores on my lower legs. That is a dangerous situation for a diabetic person, because it can lead to infection and, worse case scenario, that can lead to an amputation. So these sores must be disinfected and covered so they can heal quickly. When I ordered this, I was just happy to find Bacitracin available through Amazon. I got the box and inside discovered it was full of small pouches of the medicine, looking much like petroleum jelly when you tore a corner off the little pouch and squeezed the salve onto a bandage. I like it because I get the same antibiotic goodness from these little pouches, as I did with the larger tubes. There is usually more than enough medication in the pouch to cover the wound. No fuss at all. I would recommend these to anyone who has to deal with cuts, scrapes or sores. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because sometimes my need is for less than what is in the pouch. I haven't figured a way to save the leftover bit, so I have just thrown it out with the bandage wrapper. It is really a very small amount. This product is still well worth the money for the peace of mind and quicker healing properties. Plus, the small pouch design eliminates mess and makes it easy to apply.

It serves it's purpose
I had an operation on my back that required 20 stitches to close. It became infected and I was told by the surgeon to use this ointment to treat the infection. Well 2 weeks later after daily use there does not seem to be any more infection and the pain has pretty much been eliminated. I will continue to use this ointment instead of Neosporin for any wounds I receive in the future. I am a believer in this product.

Perfect packaging. This stuff works on minor scrapes
Perfect packaging. This stuff works on minor scrapes, but I used to on a family members' open sore and it healed in about 5 days.. Easy to keep some in your car, pocket or purse for those little scraped and bumps that might happen every now and then.

Convenient and useful
I am allergic to one of the elements in Neosporin but could not find bacitracin in several stores I checked. This seemed like a good soluton and I can carry some with me.
