Great Product, Poor Isolation
I use this product to switch my panadapter between two radio IF feeds. It works. The only problem is poor isolation. In my case, I only notice the lack of isolation when I have the switch in one position ( A or B ) and the feed from the other ( B or A ). In other words, If the switch is set to A and the feed is on B, you will still get a signal on A. That is poor isolation. In my case it doesn't matter because I only have one radio turned on at any time.

Exactly what we needed
Nothing works better than the rotary style switch for this application. Do not get the type that have buttons to change ports, you will be disappointed. We use these in a heavy industrial environment to toggle between serial printers and they work great. I only wish the sold one that had Male A/B ports on it. Be sure to have the right cable when using these, a standard M/F serial is not going to cut it.

My component failed upon connection to this switch
When I connected my component to this switch, it immediately failed. Not sure of the cause.

A switch in time...
While the color looks like it is from the early 90s, these sturdy boxes are very functional. I bought four of them to use to change RS-232 devices between two computers. Labels were easy to affix to describe each of the computers and the target device. No problems.

Works like it should.
I have this in a MAME cabinet so I can switch the controls from my PC to a PS3. Works with no problems. Very sturdy and well built. Much better than a button switch box.

Essentially OK
Works perfectly. Too bad the gender on the A/B ports requires a "gender bender. The product would have been more useful if the genders had been "standard" anwoudl LOOK better if it was not 1970s beige.
