No. I have thin hair and it's perfect for me because is light and no greasy. But you have to experience to see what amount of cream you must to put in your hair. but it doesn't leave your hair greasy.

Well, it's sort of creamy so I would say it's a leave- in conditioner cream kind of.

Does this product help with frizzy hair?

Depends how frizzy your hair is but for mine which is mixed hair I found it too light & didn't hold my curls all day. It left my hair a bit fly away, returned to my trusted Paul Mitcheldean leave in conditioner, never fails.

Does it have heat protection

Hi, no this product does not have a built in heat protector, there are no organic leave in conditioners that do. you could use a separate heat protector spray, but that will contain silicones which will weigh your hair down.
