I didn't expect this device to be as effective (and so quickly!) as it turned out to be. I do get chiro adjustments on a regular basis, but my neck doesn't last long afterwards (doesn't get fully adjusted either) - getting stiff pretty quickly. Tried different exercises - without much lasting success. This neck stretcher turned out to be an amazing un-stiffener and pain reliever... After couple of applications, I felt a great detail of difference! Stiffness is gone, range of motion is way better - neck functions as it should. My last chiro adjustment was also more successful as my neck muscles were more relaxed and allowed for better movement. I use it 2 x day now (early in the morning when I get up and right before bed) and still cannot believe what a difference it made! I did put my own tiny pillow case over so I could wash it easily without peeling off / on cover that came with a device. As a note, the massage is conducted by 2 raised (static) points on the device, not mechanical action - something I misunderstood at first. None the less, it works very well. Cannot say one negative thing about it... will be buying them as gifts for people who struggle with neck pain.

I don't usually write reviews but every now and then I have to share out when an item actually does what it is supposed to do. After 30 years in software development I've struggled with neck problems and the "hump" that is often associated with this line of work. I've had PT, been through many office chairs and am conscious of my posture at the desk but while that seems to have held off any further degradation it didn't reverse the problem. Since I do a lot of searching on this topic I was bombarded with ads for these neck stretching/traction devices. Seemed like snake-oil to me but they were cheap enough and returnable so I tried one of the highly rated foam ones but it was too hard and pushed on the base of my skull giving me a headache. I did, however, feel like it was actually stretching my neck out in a good way. After some further searching for similar products on Amazon I came across this product. I liked that it had the additional benefit of heat to go along with the stretching and also had a cloth covering instead of hard foam. This one ended up being perfect for me. It's not too hard or too soft, doesn't give me a headache and the heat is a must have after trying it. After using it for 10 minutes a night for about a month now I have to say I am actually seeing real results. My neck isn't as stiff and the "hump" is starting to reverse enough that my wife noticed it after only a couple of weeks. If you're in the same boat as me I would recommend trying this one out to see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

This product has a warming feature. The warming feature works decently but is not exceptional. The warming feature seems like it may be kind of cheap quality. However besides tbut we're all experience of the device did seem to make my neck and back feel better. I only wish the warming feature worked better. Also there was a weird smell coming from the device but after a couple days it seemed to fade. I'm not sure if it's from the materials used but it was not pleasant. I give this product four stars because it actually did help my back feel better so there is that.

This has been such a lifesaver and a money saver too, since it has resulted in less trips to the chiropractor. I have fibromyalgia, was in several car accidents and also had a repetitive injury to my shoulder so my neck is very sensitive but this provides a gentle traction and the heat is nice and relaxing too. I use it for about 10 minutes every night before bed and my symptoms have improved so much. Less headaches and shoulder pain. And when I did get a headache from looking down at my phone too much during a long drive, the traction and heat really helped relax my neck muscles and relieve my headache. Ipreviously tried a much more expensive contraption that didn’t work well for my petite frame and you had to pump it up with air to get the traction. This is so much easier to use, compact and travels well with the case that comes with it. I took it in my last vacation in my luggage because I don’t want to be without it!

I was hoping this product would help me with my degenerative disc diease in my neck. I love heating pads, but I only feel temporary relief from them. See this product made me think I could get heat + stretch and offer more long term relief.After 2 uses my neck is so sore and my left arm is numb. While using the product they say you need to put your arms over your head, towards the end of the 10 mins my left arm was almost completely numb. I thought the feeling would go away but I still feel some tingles and numbness 24 hours later. I am certain that I just pinched a nerve and it will work itself out. But my neck has been sore all day, had to take medicine all day.I would ask a doctor first before using this product to see if its right for you. Clearly it was not for me and only ended up hurting me.Also the product only comes with a USB which is super annoying, I tried to plug it into a laptop and my xbox and the heat did not work. Luckily I had to find a wall charger, and then the heat ended up working.
