Prima Arta - Magnesium Ribbons - High Quality 99.9% - 25g

25g of magnesium ribbon, in a neat coil: burns with that searing bright white light (wear eye protection to avoid UV exposure). Easiest ignited with a small blow torch or other blue-flame lighter, rather than matches or your Zippo. Just remember that once it's burning, it's also melting, and can drop extremely hot fragments, so play with it outside and/or over water. One weird thing - the ribbon is actually two ribbons, wound together in a double spiral. Overall about 7cm in diameter (with a small central hole) and 5mm wide. Easy to cut with sharp scissors.

Verry good lights up verry well nice for a camp fire and for emergency in case you are lost in woods highly recomended from T.S.

Burn is overall okay, but it was difficult to ignite and was quite susceptible to being extinguished easily. Great for starting small fires with good tinder. Not sure how pure it actually was though (didn’t readily bubble too much when tested in water). Generally you get what you pay for, and there’s a decent length of it too.

It burns 🔥 as it should.

Works perfectly with intense white light, leaving tiny amount of ash behind. Exactly as I remember in chemistry class at school -- something I've always wanted. Now building up a very good home chemistry kit to leave to some lucky kid when I die!

Not the quality they make it out to be . I cut a 15cm long strip . It lit no problem but burnt for about 4cm then went out . I tried it again and it did the same . Not good if you need a 15cm burn lol . Will not use this seller again .
