Have Vans got reasonable arch support or are the flat like original Converse?

Nope, after several years of wearing Vans on a regular basis, my arches are starting to drop & I have plantar fasciitis in one of my heels. Don't get me wrong, atwoods, Old Schools & other Vans trainers are pretty good but if you're after arch support, you something with their comfycush technology

do they arrive in a vans box?

Mine were delivered in a box in a van by a man. /joke haha
