I've been using the Magic Gel Hip Ice Pack Wrap nearly every day during my recovery from FAI surgery and to manage flare-ups from hip bursitis—and I can't recommend it highly enough. The design contours perfectly to my hip, delivering soothing, targeted cold therapy exactly where I need it. The relief it provides from inflammation and swelling is immediate and noticeable, making tough days so much more manageable. It's durable, easy to use, and stays cold for a good amount of time. Honestly, it's become an indispensable part of my recovery. If you're dealing with hip pain, post-op recovery, or persistent bursitis, this wrap is a brilliant investment. The straps are good quality, if you wanted to you could use it on other parts of the body so it's quite versatile and I have used them for years with no leaks or issue other than the velcro thinning out after approx 4 years!

I found this highly effective at cushioning a sore hip during the night. Once it was on I was not aware of it as a "thing" strapped to me and it didn't interfere with sleep or turning over in the night, but it was just thick enough in the gel department to protect a sore bone. Very adjustable.

I bought this ice pack to put on my hips for bursitis relief. Unfortunately it has not helped my bursitis pains, so I may try heat for this instead. Regrettably this ice pack cannot be used for hot water so is no use to me at this time. I thought it was a bit too expensive really and I wish that I had not bought it, but the ice pack is of good quality and a good size. It will come in handy for future pains which need an ice pack for relief though.

Ive bought this in readiness for my total hip replacement. Which i have just had and as soon as i leave hospital it will be used. It looks very good quality with sturdy velcro fixings. Im sure it will sooth my hip after exercise or if in pain.

This item is the best for easing off soreness after hip replacement. Easy to fix in place, extremely southing.

This wrap stays cold for a long while and the large size means it covers the entire hip area. My husband has found it really helpful after surgery.

Only gave 3 stars as I feel it defrosts quicker than I hoped but it’s great at first and stays on well

This works really well if you need to ice your hip. I can walk around and this stays in place and doesn't slip. Or you can, of course, use it when sitting. A useful ice pad to have.
