Jansroad 24 Pcs Sketching Pencils Graphite Drawing Pencils Set, Travel Set Artists Drawing Kit 9H to 14B for Adults & Kid Beginners Artist As a novice in drawing I was looking for a selection of pencils that offered a wider range than the usual 12. Although the selection of pencils is from 9H to 14B, my box came with an F Grade pencil rather than a 13B, this I have found useful, particularly as the difference between 12B - 14B would not be that significant.In terms of value, service and product I cannot rate this selection of pencils highly enough and for beginner to intermediate I believe you'd have to go a long way to beat them. Obviously those of you with high skill will have your favourites, for those wishing to start, this is ideal ..!

The range of this set is purported to be 4H to 14B. I picked an 11B pencil to test the quality of tone. Just awful. Although these are pre-sharpened I went ahead and (attempted) to put a slightly longer point to the pencil. Big mistake. The wood is horrible and was incredibly hard to sharpen, although my sharpener is new. The lead seems to be broken the length of the pencil and is nowhere near approaching the depth of tone I expect from an 11B. It is overly hard, scratchy and cheap. My old 4B gives a better, darker tone! These are not fit for purpose so I guess I just wasted my money.

I bought these pencils as an extra gift for my brother. He was pleased with them. I just hope that they are able to be used without breaking as the postman dropped the package through my letter box. I fear they will be broken as pencils do break with rough use, like dropping through the letter box. When he has used them I will ask him how they are. I may have to return them to you and ask for my money back. I suggest you put a message on your package to be handed to the person who ordered them. Thank you.Best wishes Joanne Rothwell

These pencils are great! Almost too good tho! - No hard case for something so easily damaged!The point of one of the softest pencils (12B) had broken off! (nothing a good pencil sharpener won't resolve!) and another had got sqaushed slightly. (because they're so soft)Saying that, my nephew will still be over the moon.

I bought this product for my friend for his birthday I had it delivered to my house address to make sure everything was in order and I am planning on getting it myself love the pencils they look stunning .(ps my friend love it.) would recommend would buy again😁

These were an Xmas gift for my 12yr old daughter. She absolutely loves them. She loves art and sketching, and had asked for a 'set of real artist pencils' for Christmas. After reading reviews I decided on these. According to my daughter they are: ''Fab! So easy to work with, and great for shading and art!''

I thought these pencils were gonna be great but they dont erase well. I'm not pressing on hard when I sketch but even when i sketch lightly the lines underneath dont disappear much i can still see faint grey lines where ive tried to rub out so that ruined the pencils for me other than that they're good.
