Handle is very sturdy and has plenty of room for different grip styles.Has diamond grip on the side of the handle but not all around.has a lanyard hole.The front Quillion/Guard is okay.Blade is sturdy but does have a slight “give” to it so when you do score a successful “hit” it doesn’t hurt nearly as much as a wooden/hard-plastic alternative.However it is not very bendy. Which is outstanding.This is exactly what is says it is, a Bowie training knife.However…it is pricey on here and can be found for around £3 cheaper, but prime delivery evens it out to a certain extend.Would I recommend this as a training knife to others?Disregarding the price difference…YES.Just make sure your LDE has the same reach.
