This Tommee Tippee microwave steriliser is dead easy, chuck four bottles in, splash of water, four minutes in the microwave and they’re properly sterile. No faff, no chemicals, fits perfect in our little microwave and stays cool on the outside so no burnt fingers. Been using it every day with our newborn and it’s a proper lifesaver, bottles come out spotless. Cheap as chips and does exactly what it says, proper sound buy.

Stores up to 4 bottles and a few accessories, no leakage, very sturdy, easy to pack if your away for a weekend, looks ok, gets very hot so leave for 5 mins before removing from microwave

This is a solid product, and it's hard to complain for the price. Fits four bottles and goes in the microwave to produce four sterilised bottles in ~10 minutes (8 minutes + some cooldown for our 800W microwave). We are actually only using the bottles for expressed breast milk, so perhaps don't need to be quite so careful as those using them for formula, but in any case, NHS guidelines say you can store made-up formula in the fridge for up to 24 hours, so 4 bottles shouldn't be too many. As I said, it's relatively easy to use, and effective for the price. I just have a couple of minor niggles on the design. 1. It's a little bit awkward to get the teats to stay on while putting the lid on - you can see in the picture that they're slightly overlapping the base of the steriliser, and it's hard to avoid this. I regularly knock them off when putting the lid on. 2. It's kind of awkward to get the lid itself off. It pretty much requires you to use both hands (not ideal when you're trying to do it while looking after a baby), and even then I've sometimes found it a bit of a struggle. Overall a solid product that does the job, and would definitely recommend it for the price, but there are a couple of minor design improvements that would be needed to bump it up to five stars.

I used 1 of these for my now 31 year old daughter who’s just had her first baby,after being so confused by all the different options and the massive difference in the price of others for sale I decided to buy this one and I’m so very happy with it it’s so easy to use and takes only 6 mins with normal tap water and everything is sterilised,it was marvellous all them years ago and it’s still marvellous today xxx
