Very quickly delivery and excellent customer service I try to source products from small businesses. And this one certainly didn’t disappoint. My autistic son loves play sand and throws it about so I go through a lot I certainly will be purchasing again from the small business

probably the best, softest sand you will find, makes perfect shapes from moulds, add a little water when it gets dry, have only deducted a star because could it not be a little cheaper?

Heavy but worth it once in the sand pit.

Good amount of sand. Great quality sand! Soft and smooth, not too grainy. It's great wet, damp, or dry. Perfect amount of sand for one of those small shell sandpits. I lined the bottom of the shell with a waterproof drape which was large enough to hang well out over the edges, poured the sand in and done. Easy peasy! Attached the lid with cable ties and made a 'lock' for it, covered the sand with the overhanging drape and shut it. The sand is slightly wet so great for moulding with kids. If you can afford to look around, then you can get cheaper from supermarkets when in season.

I have just received 6 bags of this for a kids sandpit. Since there are quite a few comments on weight and wet sand, I thought I would just add my findings. Firstly, the bag received is the one attached and not the one in the Amazon item. I weighed each bag and 4 were 19kg and 2 were 18.5kg. The item actually says that it will be 25 litres (not kilos), although reading further down, it does say that it should weigh 21.7kg. So i only got 113kg instead of the 130kg expected, which is almost an entire bag difference. The sand was very slightly damp, but only what I would expect. Each bag was packaged separately in a cardboard box with plastic straps. And whilst the boxes weren't ideal, it was enough and all of the bags arrived OK, had no holes and the boxes could be carried without breaking due to the straps. If it wasn't for the other comments on here I would not have bothered checking the weight and would probably have given this 4/5 stars, however, the weight is off by 13%, so will only give this 3 stars.
