I bought this because it says it fits most European/UK faucets and it was a reasonable price. Also glad that you can simply order replacement filters on Amazon too. I found it easy to install (comes with adaptors in case you need them). Later, I emailed customer service asking how to change the filter and Isabel IMMEDIATELY sent me a video showing how to do it which is super easy. I bought a second one for my daughter which had the handle stuck too tight and immediately Isabel in customer service offered to send free replacement. I highly recommend this product for its fair price, good quality filtering capability, ease of use and of securing replacement filters and especially for customer service!!' That especially gave me confidence in the product. Update April 2019 That said, sometimes the plastic knob ends up causing unfiltered side to leak even when the knob is upall the way to allow filtered water. Need replacement unit.

I am sure this would be good and the seller was extremely helpful but I can’t seem to get the fittings for my particular tap.

What can I say: Tapp really does what it says. living in central London, water quality isn't the greatest and buying bottled water isn't all that economic or practical. I found out about this from a friend and I thought i'll give it a try and I've loved it. So easy to set up. Does't require any skills, you just screw it onto the tap and here we go! The water comes out fresh and light. No more limescale taste or limescale in the kettle. Even I could notice the difference in taste. And the best part of all, I can take it with me wherever I travel :) It's small and easy to carry. You can also change the filters and track their status on an app! A true blend of technology and art :)

This came to replace leaking Brita filter and did immediately fit, no complications. Turn knob is easy to work with and sturdy (unlike the Brita one). Water quality is good, hopefully does the job exactly as it says on tin (since I have no lab at home to prove or confirm what the manufacturer says). But seems like a great product

Filter only lasted a few weeks - making it quite an expensive purchase. Customer services at TAPP didn’t respond to our concerns, so we will have to investigate alternative systems. Disappointing as the first one we purchased lasted a few months - clear inconsistencies in quality.

Using with a small adaptor as it will not fit on faucets without a thread. Quite large, reduces water pressure quite a lot, and the cartridges are not cheap enough. However, the water is noticeably better!

This is such a great product and I can taste a big difference when drinking the tap water. Before my tea used to be scummy but since I installed the filter it's clearAlso, my baby girl suffers from eczema and I have tried every cream on the market with no luck so a friend of mine recommended this filter for the shower head and now my hair and daughters skin is much softer. Easy to install and good for the environment!

Product was good for as long as it was working. Only after less than six months of use it started leaking and in the end we had to send it back for a refund. Why to sell refill cartridges for a product which only lasts for few months.

Si que es cierto que el filtro es de plástico y parece frágil, pero si se lo trata adecuadamente no debería tener problemas de instalación ni de goteos.Lo más importante es que cumple con su principal promesa: filtra muy bien el agua y le quita todo el sabor metálico o a cloro.Desde luego que recomendaría su compra para gente que vive en zonas donde el agua sea muy dura o tenga muchos sedimentos.Veremos cuánto dura el filtro, no obstante estoy muy contento con la compra y resultados por el momento.

Ho deciso di acquistare questo filtro da rubinetto per risparmiare sugli (inutili) costi associati all' acquisto di acqua in bottiglia dato che l' acqua del rubinetto è potabile, sicura e possiede tutti i minerali di cui abbiamo bisogno. Mi serviva un dispositivo per eliminare le tracce di cloro e dare un sapore gradevole al prodotto che bevo (rende l'acqua più dolce) e questa è la soluzione che più ho ritenuto ottimale in termini di efficienza e costi. L' applicazione è semplicissisma basta applicare uno dei 2 adattatori in dotazione (in materiale metallico) e il gioco è fatto. Dopo uno start-up iniziale di circa 30 secondi dove fuoriesce un residuo di carbone attivo (l'acqua esce nera) il dispositivo risulta perfettamente funzionante. Bisogna stare attenti alla pressione del rubinetto in quanto il sistema di filtraggio necessita di un tempo (non è istantaneo il filtraggio ma basato su un fenomeno di assorbimento proprio nei carboni attivi) per esplicare la sua funzione per cui non aprite il rubinetto alla massima potenza quando dovete filtrare l'acqua.Inoltre si può scaricare l'app che tiene traccia del tempo di utilizzo del dispositivo per cui avvisa quando è necessario cambiare il filtro; mostra le emissioni di CO2 risparmiate dall' utilizzo del prodotto è le bottiglie di plastica evitate.Io direi che è economicamente, ecologicamente vantaggioso! CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Unser Problem:Wir haben hier zwar sehr gutes, aber extrem kalkiges Leitungswasser. Als Teeliebhaber braucht man aber einfach weiches Wasser, damit sich die Aromen richtig entfalten können. Die klassischen Wasserfilter-Kraffen, die man so oft neben den Spülbecken sieht, kommen aber für mich nicht in Frage, denn das Wasser steht immer darin rum (sie dürfen nicht leer sein), und schon nach kurzer Zeit finde ich abgestandenes Leitungswasser zum trinken einfach unappetitlich. Selbst zum Aufkochen habe ich ein viel besseres Gefühl, wenn es frisch und kalt aus dem Wasserhahn kommt.Endlich eine gescheite, bezahlbare Lösung!Wir haben seit etwa 2 Wochen den Tapp1 und sind total zufrieden, es ist für uns die perfekte Lösung. Montage war kinderleicht (das habe selbst ich mit meinen 2 linken Händen geschafft: einfach das Sieb unten abdrehen und den Filter draufschauben - fertig) und die Bedienung ist es auch: Mit einem kleinen Hebel kann man zwischen gefiltertem und ungefiltertem Wasser wählen.Ergebnis: Tolles weiches WasserIch musste jede Woche den Wasserkocher entkalken. Habe mal Bilder gemacht zum Vergleich: Vor der Montage, also nach einer Woche Wasser kochen ohne Filter, und nach der ersten Woche mit Filter. Denke das sagt alles - jetzt ist kaum noch Kalk im Wasserkocher. Und noch wichtiger: keine Schlieren mehr auf dem Tee (die kommen auch von dem Kalk im Wasser).Und noch ein Vorteil:Es geht viel schneller als mit den Filterkaraffen, die brauchen ja ewig bis da frisches Wasser durch ist. Hier einfach Wasserhahn auf, und das Wasser läuft nicht viel langsamer aus dem Filter als sonst aus dem Hahn.Nachteile?Ich habe das Gefühl, dass der Hahn jetzt ein wenig länger nachtropft als vorher, aber das stört uns nicht bzw. wir nehmen es gerne in Kauf für das schöne weiche Wasser :-)Fazit:Können wir nur empfehlen!

Il filtro ha una buona fattura, si installa molto semplicemente e ha ottime prestazioni. Per chi di voi sia indeciso sul fidarsi o meno di un sistema con filtro a carboni attivi, vi svelo un piccolo segreto:Se l'acqua del vostro rubinetto non è buona, beh, questo aggeggio non può farci assolutamente nulla!Lo so, sembra ovvio, ma a quanto pare per molti non lo è. Il filtro in questione serve solo ed esclusivamente a rimuovere il cloro (ed il relativo sapore), pesticidi, materiali vari disciolti nell'acqua e che non fanno bene alla salute, ma se quest'ultima contiene batteri, ve li beccate tutti. Se l'acqua nella vostra città/abitazione arriva con valori schifosi, non potrete mai berla, se non usando un sistema ad osmosi inversa.Per cui:- prodotto per me ottimo, prezzo adeguato- filtra l'acqua in modo corretto, la rende così insapore (ergo, buona da bere)- controllate i parametri della vostra acqua sul sito web del vostro fornitore prima di fare scelte azzardate, credendo di comprare un filtro miracoloso a così poco prezzo.
