Who knows if they work?
I’ve been using these on and off for a few years. I’ve been on them again as part of my daily supplement regime and I am losing weight HOWEVER I’m exercising and cutting out the bad foods as well. Like everything else, they are not a miracle pill...maybe taking them along with a healthy lifestyle might assist weight loss...but they won’t make you slim on their own

Minimal effect and little scientific evidence.
I've used a lot of supplements with fat reduction in mind and this one seems the least effective. I'm almost certain that this is just a high caffeine placebo, with minimal peer reviewed evidence of its own efficacy or it's respective active ingredients.

This product seems to work well, I have been taking them for about six weeks and together with exercise and a a sensible diet I have lost 12lbs and an inch around my waist

Tried Sinetrol and like others have said
Being sedentry without choice for exercise at mo (health issues) was loosing weight through diet at a very slow rate but did not know how would lose problem areas. Tried Sinetrol and like others have said, hips and belly..boosh, gone,. All my life had a belly!! Wish I found this years ago!!
