Made in China sold by France instructions in French
It arrived early and looks a serious bit of kit and if only I could read the instructions it would be helpful but they are all in French, probably a Brexit warning. As for the bats it is to help relocate hopefully they are bilingual

The plug is not suited for the UK and the instructions are all in French!
The product certainly seems to do its job for our bat problem. However, I had to purchase an adaptor for use for EU to UK. I sent an email to the seller asking them if this product would work in the UK but I received a reply in French. Not very helpful. However, I bought the adaptor anyway and all seems fine. No more bats!! 😁
