Q: Hi do you know at what Hz each speaker will play ?

Not sure why the description says 1250Hz - 5000Hz. Approximately the low end is 25hz to 500hz, mid is 500hz to around 10,000hz and high is 10,000hz to 25,000hz. These are approximate figures but in my experience the crossovers work extremely well.

Q: Does anyone have the technical specification for these e.g. the capacitors and resistors used ?

Not really but I used them to build a set of speakers, using 50 RMS bass drivers 40 RMS mids and 30 RMS tweeters and would rate them at about 100 RMS speakers. Taking into account the RMS of the crossovers to be about 150 RMS ( root means square) hope this helped

Q: Advice please, what is the best way to connect my speaker drivers to this crossover?

There is one input and three outputs on each of the two crossover units. Solder the cable from each stereo output to the crossover input (positive and negative). Then the three outputs are bass, middle and treble. So you need three speaker drivers that correspond to these outputs and you solder each output to the appropriate driver. If you don't have three separate drivers for each speaker these crossovers are not suitable. They are excellent units.
