Have used this twice over a few days with dry ice to produce instant sodas. Held pressure and cold well. Seems well made and is very well packaged. Volume should be sufficient for most domestic use. Overall a good alternative to the more expensive iSi whippers (although it's still early days). Seller emails a .pdf FAQ book, which is a nice touch. I couldn't see the recipe book they mentioned.

The information should have contained links to a cream charger (Nitrous oxide). The cO2 cartridges are wrong/ they leave a bitter taste, please mention this as people will assume CO2 cartridges are what is needed. The. Ban on nitrous oxide does not include cream chargers

Rubbish! Firstly it left about half of the cream in the bottom of the jug. When I tried to use it a second time, the cream tasted off (bitter, sour). I then washed it out thoroughly, chilled it as per instructions. Tried again with a new pot of double cream, still bitter, unusable! Better just to whip the cream yourself and use a piping bag.

Works great, and good solid build quality. I kinda wish it was stainless steel so I could just toss it in my dishwasher, but it seems all cream whippers all made out of aluminium, so maybe theres a reason. I was nearly tempted to buy a 1 litre model, but glad I didn't. It would have meant it needed 2 or 3 gas cannisters per charge, and they're not that cheap unless you're buying 100 at a time.

Fantastic and so easy to use. I have been "playing" with it, first with just cream and then with a porcini infusion which I served as a hot foam. Both times it was excellent and made the completed dishes look very professional. Easy to clean and store. I LOVE IT!

worked for a while then the charger got stuck, now it's unusable with a nos canister stuck in it. npt happy.

Trebles the amount of cream and makes it all fluffy and nice. Only downside is that once you have used up all of the cream the gas canister needs to be replaced even if it is not empty. It is very easy to use and effective.

Und damit landet man als Käufer bei diesem Sahnebereiter. Er wirkt stabil, die Sahne bleibt darin in angenehmer Konsistenz, der Spender hat einen schönen Druckpunkt, wenn man die Sahne aufsprüht und liegt auch toll in der Hand. Mal sehen, wie er sich nach einiger Zeit macht, aber nach Dauernutzung in den letzten Tagen bin ich mehr als zufrieden.

Preforms better than expected! We've used almost 500 charges in it, and it works like day one. Comes with the brushes for cleaning. I know that I will be reordering this product when or if we need another or a new one. It works with all standard N2O charges, comes with 3 decorating tips. Very good price, and was even delivered on a Sunday, awesome! All you really need to do is lubricate it every now and then. N2O gets VERY cold and the fittings need a little vegetable oil to keep everything working properly. Also cleaning the fittings is important as residue forms after 10-20 charges, just lube it when you clean it and it'll work with no problems.
