Does what it says on the box.Different colours would make life so much easier as Sizzix have 3 different black boards each doing different things- which can make it a pain when reaching for what you need and picking the wrong 1.I believe now they are bringing out 2 of the other boards in different colours YAY.

Brilliant, useful item, but I wish they make different colours!

I have Sizzix Big Shot Pro machine. I have my own dies made with steel rule. These mats are very good, but they wear out far too quickly. They are expensive to replace and most of all they are not quite long enough for some of my dies. I have called Sizzix and the only solution they can offer is have a custom made one ordered from the USA to fit my dies or to stick two of them together!I have found a company in the UK who sells all forms of plastic and rubber matting. I thought it was worth the risk in trying their product. It is sold by the metre in a number of thicknesses; from 2mm up to 7mm. The man on the phone listened to what I wanted to use it for and suggested a product. I bought the 3mm to match the ones I already have from Sizzix. (Although they state they are 4mm, they aren't on my metal rulers, they are 3mm).I am delighted to say they work brilliantly! The mat is crystal clear so you can really see if the paper or board you are cutting is exactly in the right place; especially if you are cutting printed material. I also had to use another shim, as my die doesn't just cut it embosses as well.The company is called Crystal Rubber Limited. Tel: 01925 825552. The postage is expensive £15, but the amount that you buy in one go will last me a long time.

works to make more of your dies, like all die cutting stuff its expensive but hopefully it will last a lot longer than the cutting pads do !

So been using sizzix dies for a long time. Why did I wait so long to get this?

Works very well when cutting with the BIGZ dies particularly when cutting multiple layers.

Très pratique et solide. Je l'utilise avec ma BIG SHOT PLUS de SIZZIX. (Cette machine géniale, en aparté, offre bien plus de possibilités que celles décrites sur la boîte, c'est bien dommage !)
