Good value for money
These bags are pretty cheap but the pack I received contained 40 (as in the title) not 50 bags (as shown in the photo). Even so they are good value compared to similar products. When I bought mine they were a lot cheaper if you bought the identical product here Sealapack 40 Ice Cube Bags - makes 1120 cubes.Previously I've used self-seal ones so I assumed these would be. They are not (and they're not described as such so they still get 5 stars). They are pretty easy to seal by knotting the top but you need a fairly steady hand. It would be even easier if the bits you knot were a little longer. They fill as easily as any I've used. As with all bags of this sort it takes a little effort to get the cubes out but when you get the knack it's not too hard.Overall a reasonable product at a decent price.

Good value
It does do its job. Maybe it is convenient to use a party or B&Q event. I was considering the environment friendly. I should use silicon ice boxes instead in future.

Misleading Description
My order was dispatched quickly but arrived a day late due to Royal Mail's erratic delivery service in my city. Be aware of that if speed is of the essence for you. However, as other buyers have found, what you're actually buying isn't as described. I ordered, based on the description, a pack of 30 ice cube bags for £3.55. That would make each bag 0.118pence. What I received was 24 bags, meaning they cost 0.147pence each. On checking the ad again today, I see mention of 40 bags so the entire ad is misleading. The quality seems adequate but be aware, you'll get less than you bargained for.

Simple cubes
They are so much easier than a tray. Fill the pockets of air with water through the top of the bag then tie it off and throw it in the freezer. The ice 'buttons' can be pushed out of their wrapping individually. No fighting with a tray either.

Space saving
These are so convenient to just fill up as and when. Makes decent size ice cubes which I’ve used in drinks and smoothies. So much easier than storing huge bags in the fridge and these are individually packed so they don’t get stuck together.

Absolute rubbish!
Only 1 star because I could not award them 0 stars!First, you have to hold the bag under a slow trickling tap for ages so that each "cube" has a chance to fill up. Once you've managed to do that, then you have the fun of trying to tie a knot in the top of the bag so that all the water you have so patiently filled the bag with does not spill out. Next you carefully carry it to the freezer as it drips all over the floor. After a few hours in the freezer you return to find a lovely layer of ice covering the bottom of your freezer drawer, with a half empty bag of icy lumps frozen solidly into it. The only way to remove it is to take the drawer out of the freezer and run it under the hot tap. When you have completed this utterly pointless exercise, take the remaining 39 ice cube bags that you have just wasted your money on, and throw them purposefully into the bin.

I love these ...
If you do not need lots this is a brilliant way of ensuring that you have fresh ice cubes available. Not sure about its eco credentials but I like that they are sealed and dont taint the ice the way the plastic ice cube makers do.
