Good value

Have been taking glucosamine supplements for about 6 weeks and oh boy can I notice a difference. My joints feel better, less aches and pains. These are easy to swallow and reasonable on the purse.

seem ok only just started taking them

I first took this supplement a year or so ago when I had a painful knee condition. It seemed to have an almost miraculous, immediate effect and I used it for a couple of months. I am taking it again, more as a preventative. Containing copper, as well, seems to make it more effective than other brands. I have never had the crippling condition again, only get pain with jogging but do strengthening exercises on knees, as well.

Works slowly so would have to take it for at least 6 weeks to see and feel a noticeable difference. Still a good product.
