So with the new normal and working from home now, i thought I should probably listen to some health experts and compensate for my lack of exposure to any sun during winter, by taking some Vitamin D supplements. These appeared to tick all the boxes and came in the 10 Micro grams dose which i read as being optimal. Small enough, smooth round tablets, not overly difficult to swallow. Have been taking daily for several weeks now but have noticed no difference to anything. Hopefully my calcium levels are better off but who knows? With the emergence of spring i think i'll go back to steering away from these kind of supplements. Didnt like the fact that 80% of the plastic bottle is a waste either, as the 90 tablets fill just a tiny portion of it.

I m sure the quality is great and I don t complain about that. But it is quite expensive and the bottle is used way too quickly…and having the right dosage is difficult to measure, it s not easy to fill the right amount of product. I m sad because I know the quality is good but for an everyday use, it s too complicated.
