Good quality product, I trust the brand and I have been using it for years for different supplements. I never had side effects from any of their products, and my overall health has improved since using their products. Pills are easy to swallow. What I would really like to see from this brand is using glass containers instead of the plastic ones! I hope that will happen one day!

Small capsules. Easy to swallow

this keeps our families healthy when we add to morning smoothies, I break the capsules open and pour in the powdered zinc and it seems to work really well for us in terms of clear skin and keeping virus's away.

I have been taking these daily for the last year and a half and won't be stopping any time soon. Great value supplement, nice small capsules that are easy to swallow, just make sure you have them with food!
