Do I need the with d3 or without D3 ?

Depends on lighting and your reptile. I have good quality lighting for daylight and uv so use without d3

how long does 1 last for?

I have several herbivorous reptiles and only use a few times per week and lasts a month or 6 weeks. Q wasteful on leaves

Is this ok for dart frogs

Sorry I couldn't say as I use it for my Leopard Geckos.

Love this for my torties

Great for my Hermann tortoises I have 4 and I add this on to their food every meal. This is a great product that I have been using for year its a very good suppliment to make sure they are getting all the things they need and I love the d3 one which is. Very important for them to have.

easy use

I've only recently started giving Reptivite to my green iguana so still have to see if there is an improvement in his coloration. However it is easy to use and does stick easily to his food. Other vitamin powders, used in the past, just fell off.
