Great product for fissures and I would definitely buy again. Those who has the pain there will understand how awful it is. This product gave me some relief from pain and it stopped the bleeding after couple of days. So I hope it's the sign of healing. I did use 2 suppositories per day (one after going to loo and one at night), as my fissure was extremely painful and NOTHING else would help. I was hopeless and in constant agony. I was prescribed by gp rectogesic and lidocaine ointments, which I continue to use although they take long time to do any good. I also use hot water bottle between the legs,which really helps instantly as it relaxes sprincher muscle. I genuinely recommend it for those who suffer with fissure pain. It was next day delivery so I was very pleased with it. There's also other brand (yellow packaging) of these suppositories available, but they seem to be slightly different in colour and texture and I'm only on 1st day trying other brand (it was a little cheaper) but they don't melt as good like this green packaging ones. So give these a go first, I believe they're much better than other (yellow package) one's.

I know that most of the people reading these reviews are in desperate need of finding a solution to their discomfort and pain! I know because a few weeks ago I was one of those people. I had been searching for a long time for a solution to my problem. Severe hemorrhoids Leading to an anal fissure, which is an embarrassing and very personal medical problem. I suffered for a fair few months in allot of pain trying every remedy that I could find! Once I had cleared the hemorrhoids I was left with the fissure and no matter what I tried I couldn’t heal it. Every time I went to the toilet I would be in extreme pain and there would always be a great deal of blood involved. I was at the end of my rope when I came across these suppositories. Now I have been using them for three weeks, just inserting one in the morning after I’ve used the toilet and had a shower. After the first time I used them the pain and bleeding stopped. It was almost immediate. The next time I needed the toilet i was pain free. These suppositories have literally saved me from despair and depression. Three weeks in and I am completely healed, no sign of the anal fissure and the hemorrhoids are long gone. I would recommend these to anyone who has any kind of anal problem or discomfort, they have literally changed my life! Always a handy medication to have in the bathroom cabinet just in case! Saw a lot of positive reviews and needed something that worked. Everytime I went to the loo, lots of blood on the tissue. I was beginning to think there was a serious problem. Took a Cicatridina suppository, late afternoon or evening, ideally after a poo, one per day. They were easy to open (no scissors needed) and with a tiny amount of gel/cream on the end, inserted easily. I thought I might feel a lump and want to poo it out, but I guess it dissolves inside quickly so no urges, no discharge; no mess, no discomfort. Anyway the bleeding stopped with my next poo 12 hours later; a clean wipe with no blood (I decided not to add a photo). Carried on taking suppositories for two more days (three doses in all), then kept the rest in case of reoccurance (none yet). They work so well that if you're still bleeding after using them, I definitely recommend seeing your doctor to check over for problems. So, in sum 5 stars.

Have struggle with internal anal fissure second time now and doctor priscribe rectogesic 4mg cream was help to heal first time but not work this time. Have bay this product not rely expected any result as have bad sharp pain and blood hoers after stool movement cant sit do to pain. After a lot research and reading decide to make own way three medicine combination try to resolve anal fissure. Use Citatridina suppositories one in the morning after final stool movement and one afternoon before sleep.Use Fybogel hi fibre orange drink on in the morning one afternoon to help soft you stool.Also use Lactulose syrup i using 10mg each time one in the morning one afternoon helps pull water in the bowel and coat stool make that geese slide helps you relive paint on stool movement. I used citatridina for two week and stop now still have few boxes in case in need one day. Using Fybogel full time helps me soft stool is natural so no risk. Also using lactulose for longer as well to make sure full healing fissure. After one week use this method all pain and blood gone feel best ever finally can fell like normal again. Good luck
