I rarely write reviews, but for this product, I really had to write one.I got this on the Lightning Deal for around £100. I kown that a new version of the remote is being released any moment now, but for the bargain price of this one (compared with the new model Logitech Harmony Elite which is £279.99), I did not resist.The product arrived today and it took me 5 minutes to place and connect the HUB, IR Blaster and charging cradle. Now the remote setup is a different thing. You first need to register at the myharmony website and download the app to your computer. Please note that you can also download the Harmony app to your android or iphone and configure the remote from there. I used the computer option. The software is very easy to use (except when trying to pair the PS4). You type the manufacturer of your appliance and the model, the harmony software does the rest for you. It can prompt you a few simple questions, like what is the behaviour of your TV when you press the input button...I connected 5 devices:- Amazon FireTV: Easy to configure. You need to browse the FireTV settings and add the Harmony remote as an additional controller. Works flawlessly.- TV: Medium difficulty to configure. It works really well, but in my scenario I had to turn of the HDMI CEC option on my TV. This was not specified in any logitech help article or the software. I was about to give up when I found this forum on the web saying that it was recommended to turn of the HDMI CEC option on the TV.- Soundbar: Easy to configure. Just typed the brand and model and nothing else.- Sky+HD box: Easy to configure. Just typed the brand and model and nothing else.- PS4: Hard to configure. Instructions say one thing, but it really doesn't work. You type the Sony PS4, software recognises it, it then says that you need to have the latest PS4 and Harmony remote firmware installed. (which are up to date) Then it tells you to go to your PS4 Bluetooth devices and accept the Harmony Controller on that list, but in my scenario there was no harmony controller on the list. After several failed attempts, I downloaded the iphone app and tried it from there. No luck as well. I then started to navigate thru the options on the harmony remote itself and managed to pair the harmony controller with the PS4. Finally it's working. :)1-touch on the screen and it turns your TV, Soundbar and Sky box ON. Really cool, no more 3 remotes required.You can add up to 50 Favourite channels to the remote. You will get the channel icons on the remote. It is really nice. :)Buttons are backlit, which is good for late nigh TV marathon. :)The iphone app is also able to control all your devices just like the remote, so it's like having 2 remotes. Nice. :)The only one downside for me, is not having the possibility to add discrete IR codes (if you do no know what this is, just search the web. :) ) to the remote. (it was possible many years ago, with the previous remotes generation) You can teach the remote to learn new commands from your IR device remote control, but if you do not have a remote and want to add new discrete IR commands, you just can't! - This is really an advance feature that most of the users do not care, but in my scenario it would be useful.Overall, 5 star remote so far (few hours experience only, but loving it).

I have had a harmony one for years , I was on my second one , having broken the screen on the first one , my own fault. The Second one was recently chewed up by a new Puppy !! The one was excellent and did the job perfectly , I have 13 devices in my AV setup and the one controlled them all , so given the mixed reviews on the touch I was a little bit apprehensive and was not sure how this would measure up.Well , so far no problems at all , I was able to copy all my settings over to this with no issues. The only thing that did not work anymore was my logitech Harmony PS3 controller , and that is because it is now redundant as this unit has bluetooth and controls it directly.The hub sits there and takes commands via wi-fi , bluetooth , and the remote , and distributes them accordingly , there are menus for each item to choose which feature controls which device , either "All" , RF, Wi fi , IR or one of the two IR blasters that come with the unit , as a result , I dont have to keep the unit pointed at everything until the activity is finished switching anymore , thats a bonus.The Second big plus is something I did not think would work very well , and thats the smartphone/tablet integration. For the first couple of times the harmony app on my iphone or ipad took an age to start an activity , but then seemed to learn it and pick it up pretty fast , now it flies , and activities can all be done via phone or pad.On the remote , the favourites screen can be a bit of a pain because it can be accidentally hit while swiping away from it , however on the smartphone app there is a sub slider taking you to 3 different control menus , favourites being just one of these , so accidental hits dont happen , this is quite useful and its definitely worth taking the time to setup the remote with your favourite TV channels.This is a huge hit with the Wife, so much so that I was told we were keeping it before I had actually tried it out with everything , I have no issues with it in any case , and very nice remote indeed , it feels nice in the hand , is a breeze to operate , and because of the smartphone app and the fact that my phone is always in my pocket , the remote can be left up out of the way of when little puppies are around looking for something to chew on !All in all , highly recommended , Harmony still have the best Universal Remote on the Market IMO.

Gran mando universal, puedes configurar hasta el aire acondicionado. Está construido con una gran calidad y se nota. Puedes encender y apagar varios dispositivos a la vez solo pulsando un botón en la pantalla táctil. Yo lo uso para ver la tele con el sonido a través del equipo de música. Cuando le doy a Off se apaga la tele, el descodificador y el equipo de música. Eliges los dispositivos de su vas de datos con el código del producto y si no lo tienen simplemente aprende los comandos apuntando con su mando al hub. Ahora solo usamos este mando.

Proveniente da un Logitech 1000 sono passato a questo modello che comprende sia telecomando che hub (che permette di connettersi in Wi-Fi) con iPhone o Smartphone. Il setup è abbastanza semplice ma in alcuni casi un po' confusionario se si vuole importare una vecchia versione del telecomando nel nuovo account.Se non lo fate dall'inizio, non vi consente di farlo in un secondo tempo. Per il resto fila tutto liscio, fa tutto il lavoro , accendere la tv, abbassare le luci, scegliere l'ingresso dell'amplificatore, scegliere tv o videoproiettore e darvi i tasti che vi servono. Insomma sarebbe impossibilie un tale controllo da un semplice telecomando. Devo dire che i miei famigliari che non riuscivano a gestire la tv adesso non fanno più fatica e quindi ritengo che questo prodotto nella mia casa sia indispensabile. Ergonomia buona. Display touch e a tasti.

Pour ceux qui ne liront que cette phrase et pour faire court c'est assez simple: cette télécommande est LA télécommande ultime, Ultime ? Probablement jusqu'à la prochaine télécommande Logitech ! En tous cas elle justifie pleinement le choix de son nom.Dans le détail: A la réception de votre colis vous serez probablement surpris par la taille du coffret. Le carton contient la télécommande, le hub, deux déports infra rouge et quelques adaptateurs et câbles.- La télécommande en elle-même est l’équivalent d’une Harmony Touch corrigée pour répondre aux demandes des clients. En gros elle vibre et son ergonomie est un peu différente, pour ne pas dire meilleure.- Le hub est l’équivalent du smart control, sans la télécommande additionnelle. On peut lui adjoindre deux émetteurs infrarouge déportés dans le cas où vos appareils sont dans des niches, et encore ils ne sont vraiment utiles que si ces niches sont fermées, car je n’ai personnellement pas eu besoin de les déployer.Le couple qui en résulte est détonnant : il faut juste comprendre que ce que vous avez dans la main n’est qu’une des interfaces de contrôle. Ce n’est plus une simple télécommande. La puissance du concept est dans le hub. C’est lui qui centralise la configuration, qui émet les commandes infrarouges à destination de votre matériel. Il est donc connecté en wifi à votre réseau domestique, a accès à internet pour la récupération et la mise à jour de sa configuration. Il est aussi autonome pour sa mise à jour (firmware). La télécommande peut toujours être configurée pour émettre des commandes infra-rouge, mais pour profiter de la puissance du hub, ce n’est pas recommandé. Pour une raison assez simple : vous pouvez piloter votre hub également via votre tablette, smartphone, … tout périphérique disposant de l’application logitech. De même, si votre télécommande est réglée pour piloter vos dispositifs via le hub, la seule portée qui importe est celle de votre connexion wifi. Ainsi vous pouvez interagir avec vos équipements sans même vous trouver dans la même pièce.Pour résumer les points faibles et les points forts de ce produit :+ Finition exemplaire, le produit est fait de matériaux de qualité+ Support Logitech de qualité. Si vous avez des ennuis de configuration, ce qui arrivera probablement vu la compatibilité avec une grande variété d’appareils, il suffit de les appeler, ils agissent sur la configuration et vous n’avez qu’à resynchroniser pour vérifier que tout fonctionne correctement. Le support se fait par mail et par téléphone, non surtaxé, dans votre langue.+ Interface utilisateur revue et corrigée : elle n’est pas encore parfaite, mais par rapport à la lourdeur des versions précédentes, c’est déjà un grand pas en avant+ Télécommande tactile : la télécommande dispose en elle-même de peu de boutons physiques qui sont malgré tout doublés car ils gèrent les appuis longs et courts sur chaque touche. Le strict minimum donc, mais elle dispose d’un écran tactile qui permet plusieurs affichages : chaînes de TV préférées, clavier numérique, mais aussi touchpad permettant de donner des instructions via des gestes+ Intégration à Philips Hue et à Playstation : le Hub supportant le Wifi et le Bluetooth, il n’est plus nécessaire de posséder l’équipement Harmony Adapter pour PS3. De même, il permet de piloter vos éclairages Philips pour peu que vous ayez le hub de centralisation de la marque- Le prix ! Tout le monde n’est pas prêt à investir 200 à 300 euros dans une télécommande. Certes, c’est bien plus que cela, mais quand même. Pour ma part j’ai profité d’une vente flash Amazon pour me l’offrir, le prix était plus raisonnable- La configuration initiale est laborieuse : plus rien à voir avec les débuts, mais en achetant ce produit il faut comprendre le concept des activités. Vous n’avez pas une télécommande qui pilote plusieurs produits, vous avez une télécommande qui unifie vos appareils en fonctions de vos usages et vous cache leur complexité d’utilisation : il faut donc s’attendre à tâtonner quelques heures pour avoir exactement le comportement que l’on veut. Mais ensuite, plus aucune prise de tête à l'utilisation, tout réagit comme si vos appareils ne faisaient qu'un.- Le format propriétaire : dommage que ce hub ne s’intègre pas dans une installation domotique. Ce serait génial de pouvoir indiquer à sa centrale domotique « je vais me coucher/je m’absente » et que elle-même communique avec le hub pour vérifier que vos appareils sont éteints. Même chose dans l’autre sens, lancer l’activité Home Cinéma pourrait très bien déclencher un évènement vers votre centrale domotique pour, par exemple, fermer les volets roulants de la pièceUn grand bravo à Logitech pour continuer à faire progresser des produits qui à chaque génération semblent parfait !

Ich habe mich lange mit der Suche nach "der" perfekten Multi-Fernbedienung beschäftigt. Klar, man stößt zwangsweise auf Logitech, aber welches Modell? Von "Devolution" der Harmony ist da die Rede, von "nicht zu Ende gedachten Einrichtungen" und "ergonomischen Katastrophen" und was nicht alles. In Ermangelung an Alternativen und aus reiner Neugier, habe ich mich trotz des Preises dann dazu entschlossen, dieses Gerät zu kaufen.Und was soll ich sagen? Diese FB überrascht mich immer wieder aufs Neue, und zwar positiv! Ich bereue den Kauf keine Minute!Ich habe auch einiges zu steuern:- TV- Kabelreceiver- AVR (also "Surround-Receiver")- Beamer- Leinwand- LED Strip- PS3- BR Player- AppleTVKönnen Sie sich vorstellen, was das für ein Durcheinander an Fernbedienungen war? Oder der Ablauf, wenn sie von TV auf Beamer wechseln wollten und wieder zurück?? Am besten noch von unterschiedlichen Quellgeräten???Jetzt ist es einfach nur noch ein Traum: 1 Klick und das hinterlegte Makro macht alles, was man ihm vorher gesagt hat. Der Film auf dem Beamer, das Album über AppleTV oder das TV Programm auf dem Plasma - alles geht super leicht von der Hand!Durch die Einstellung über den PC teilt man der FB (bzw. dem HUB) mit, welches Gerät zur Lautstärkeregelung und welches zum Programmwechsel angesteuert werden soll. Man muss also im laufenden Betrieb nicht hin- und herschalten, sondern man drückt die Taste für die Lautstärke und die FB steuert den AVR an, für den Programmwechsel den Kabelreceiver, etc.Super auch, dass ich die PS3 damit endlich steuern kann und diese dadurch endlich endlich zu einem gebrauchsfähigen BR-Player wird. Oder AppleTV ohne die zwar chice, aber doch etwas unpraktische Fernbedienung komplett steuern kann.Weiterhin ist klasse, dass man zu den Aktionen Start- und Endsequenzen beliebig hinzufügen kann. So kann ich bspw. programmieren, dass der BR Player die Lade öffnen soll oder der AVR das Bild an den Beamer ausgibt und beim Ausschalten wieder an den TV.Auch sind die Tasten abhängig von der Aktion beliebig programmierbar, d.h. die Stop-Taste (bspw.) kann bei der Aktion "Fernsehen" eine andere Funktion haben, als bei "Film auf Beamer".Ich muss wohl nicht erwähnen, dass ich zu jedem Gerät auch Befehle "anlernen" lassen kann. So steuert diese FB meinen 30€ "teuren" LED Strip und die Fernbedienung mit ganzen 44 Tasten wird (nahezu) obsolet.Auch kann man hinterlegen, dass bei einer direkten Programmplatz-Eingabe gleich die "OK" Taste gedrückt wird und man nicht die 3 Sek. warten muss, eher der Kabelreceiver bspw. auf das 5. Programm schaltet.Das Touch-Display funktioniert ausgezeichnet und flüssig. Mittels Vibration quittiert die FB jeden Befehl. Das Hintergrundbild, die Stärke der Vibration als auch die Leuchtdauer und Helligkeit sind flexibel wählbar. An der Ergonomie habe ich gar nichts auszusetzen, ganz im Gegenteil, selten eine so gute Fernbedienung gehabt.Das Laden funktioniert wie bei einem Schnurlostelefon und die Batterieanzeige informiert einen, wenn die FB mal wieder geladen werden muss.Neue Favoriten oder Aktionen können über den Online-Zugang (und nur durch diesen) programmiert und anschließend per Klick auf der Fernbedienung synchronisiert werden. Ein Anschließen per USB-Kabel ist nicht nötig (habe ich aber erst Tage später gemerkt, nachdem ich die FB schon gefühlte 100x nur über USB synchronisiert hatte...)Auch super ist, dass man gewisse Befehle verschiedener Geräte auf einer Seite zusammenstellen kann. So habe ich bspw. nach der Aktion "16:9 Film auf Beamer" auch die Tasten "21:9" und "Screen Up" der Leinwand hinterlegt, sowie die Modi meines Beamers "Film 1", "Film 2" und "Reference", so dass ich nicht in die einzelnen Geräte springen muss, um diese Funktionen abzurufen.Alle Aktionen sind auch über eine App zu steuern.Positiv sind auch noch 2 Adapter, die einem erlauben, Geräte die im Schrank stehen, anzusteuern.Die grundsätzliche Steuerung aller Geräte hat bei mir immer absolut einwandfrei funktioniert, da das Hub die Signale versendet und nicht die FB! Das ist vor allem dann ein Riesenvorteil, wenn man Geräte ansteuern möchte, die im Raum verteilt sind. Bei mir ist das der Beamer, der über meinem Kopf bzw. knapp dahinter hängt, während alle anderen Geräte sich vor mir befinden.Auch die Leinwand, die mit der mitgelieferten Fernbedienung nur spärlich funktionierte wird jetzt anstandslos angesteuert.Eine Sache stört mich aber ganz gewaltig: Die Anfangs- und Endsequenzen der einprogrammierten Geräte sind fix. Beispiel: Die Fernbedienung kennt meinen Beamer. Bei der Aktion "16:9 Film auf Beamer" wird dieser in der Startsequenz mit "Power Ein" gestartet. Die Leinwand bspw. kannte die FB nicht, daher musste diese extra programmiert werden. Soweit, so gut.Die Startsequenz mit "Power ein" und die Endsequenz mit "Power aus" ist aber nicht veränderbar. Wechsel ich per Aktion von "AppleTV auf TV" zu "Fernsehen", wird der TV ausgeschaltet, da er nur ein Power Toggle hat. Oder beim Wechsel von "TV auf Beamer" zum "Fernsehen" schaltet die FB den Kabelreceiver aus. Möglicherweise muss ich noch ein bisschen rumprobieren, jedoch wünschte ich mir hier deutlich mehr Flexibilität. Auch bei gewissen Standardaktionen bspw. "Fernsehen" benötigt die Software unbedingt ein Anzeigegerät.Weiterhin würde ich mir noch eine Bildschirmsperre wünschen, ähnlich wie beim Smartphone. Denn wenn der TV an ist und man kommt versehentlich auf eine Aktion, die die Motorleinwand ausfahren lässt, ist das alles andere als lustig...Eigentlich wollte ich dieser Fernbedienung nur 4 Sterne geben, auf Grund der o.g. Negativpunkte. Aber die vielen positiven Eigenschaften überstrahlen diese wenigen Punkte!FAZIT:Ergonomie und Benutzerfreundlichkeit sind für mich herausragend, die Funktionen und die Einsatzzwecke ebenfalls. Einzig an der Flexibilität könnte man noch Verbesserungen vornehmen. Abgesehen davon eine hervorragende Investition und für mich die beste Fernbedienung, die ich mir vorstellen kann!!

El mando es impresionante. Se acabó el tener la mesita llena de mandos, ahora con uno solo lo manejo todo. Al principio hay que tener un poco de paciencia para configurarlo (aunque es muy intuitivo y facil) pero el resultado vale la pena. Yo manejo el equipo de audio/video (7 aparatos) y es comodísimo. Producto recomendado.
