Good quality
Item was very easy to use,especially as I have arthritis. The quality was excellent.

Poor quality - had to send back
After less than a week off use, the handle separated from the loofah making it no good for it's intended purpose. Have since seen lots of other reviews on here dating the same thing. It seems to only be affixed by a little bit of glue, so can't even be repaired. Avoid.
