I purchased this on recomendation from my cousin as we both have Crohn's Disease and she told me how good this was for the immune system and well being, I have been takeing 2 teaspoons per day and been doing this for just under a week now and will continue to do so indefinatly as the day I started takeing this I had just come down with a heavy cold and had only started on 1 teaspoon the next day I was able to fit 2 teaspoons in to my day and I was feeling really ruff , that evening I slept like a baby, the best nights sleep I had had in a long time and woke in the morning free from my cold and felt brilliant. you could say this was coincidence but I think not as my sister had the same cold at the same time and a week on she is still quite ill almost like flu symptoms that I believe I would still be experiancing now if I hadnt taken the black seed, especially as my immune system is poor due to my illness. As well as this I suffer terrible joint pain and leg &f foot cramping due to the Crohn's and have to honestly say this has now gone, I also do not feel as lethargic as I normaly do that is also due to my haveing Crohn's, I am allways sceptical about takeing any kind of medicane but dont mind giveing anything a try normally just to prove it wont work, But I cannot fault the black seed and as said I will now take this indefinatly to improve my health, I have also since found out this can be good for your animals to when they are unwell.[consult your vet first for peace of mind] I will say this does not taste pleasant to start with and did repeat on me for the first 3 days that has now disapeared and have a glass of juice to drink straight after and the taste of this is gone, so if you stick with it for the first few days you will find its not really that bad to take, This definatly deserves a 5/5 rateing and I will be ordering a whole lot more.

I'm up for anything to improve my health in natural ways and after hearing about the amazing benefits of black seed oil I thought I'd give it a go. Well in a weeks use I've seen so many amazing benefits. I've had an abscess on my tooth since April this year and with no chance of getting a dentist appointment this has resolved it in a couple of days. I was suffering swelling around one tooth with an abscess popping daily/weekly. It's gone! I'm impressed. Other benefits so far I've seen are less bloating, I feel its given my weight loss journey in boost in the right direction. I usually take shop broughy pain relief daily for body aches, back ache etc but after 2 days use with this amazing oil I've literally not had to take any pain relief for anything. I overall feel in much better health and I'm excited to see further benefits as time goes on taking this fantastic stuff! The flavour isn't fabulous but bearable.

All the research proves that this oil is super good for you, and I agree completely. We have all read the reviews about how nasty it tastes. Some say chase it with juice or add a dollop of honey and prepare yourself for the burn. None of them are wrong. Oh it's nasty and it burns going down and I figure the sacrifice of stripping my throat and taste buds is worth it for the endgame.But what nobody - NOBODY - is talking about is that everytime you burp or hiccup, you relive the whole experience again. No jokes. Nothing will remove the taste either...coffee, chewing gum, food...nothing. It does fade by mid-afternoon (if you take in the morning) and is a bit more tolerable, but it still lingers.Don't get me wrong, it's totally worth it. But I guess if I were trying to make the decision to embark on this journey again, it's another 'con' i'd want to stack up on the right side of the page before I ultimately jumped in with both feet.

This oil is highly recommended and boosts energy levels. Despite the powerful and sour taste, I am taking a tea spoon each morning and this gives me a massive boost of energy throughout the day. Fantastic product and has so many health benefits.

I thought i'd give myself a chance to actually see how the oil works for me before reviewing, its been just over a week, and that is long enough for me!The product arrived quickly and in good condition. I have primarily been using for my skin and hair - which have both seen some good improvement within just a week. My skin is much more radiant, and not quite so dull and congested looking! Hair was well moisturised by it and scalp felt clean and fresh after washing.I have ingested a few spoonfuls on intermittent days, the taste is a little spicy...not hot spice - just warming, as you'd expect from the oil of a spice seed. Actually quite nice!If the bottle was bigger - i'd maybe take it daily, as not to have to constantly reorder! As 100ml wouldn't go far for daily consumption!Definitely worth a bash to take, for whatever ailment you're trying to help, as there are so many reported health benefits related to the use of this oil.

Purchased this as I was suffering aches and pains. The bottle arrived on time and was a decent t size. It has a strong smell and taste and I usually gulp it down and drink something after. Seems to have helped with the pain issues or maybe they just went away. Made me feel better in myself never the less.
