The tools are small but very sturdy. They would absolutely work in case of emergency. Definitely read the description closely so you know what to expect.

With the exception of the dinky little hatchet, everything else in this set is top notch. Concentrating on the knives, they came out of the box sharp. Comes with other accessories that compliment this set. Knife is harp out of the box, always awesome. The machete Is sharp out of the box as well. Even though hatchet is dinky, not going to fault them on that, it was sharp, just a little too small for any kind of heavy duty chopping; the machete, though will make quick work of foliage.

The functionality of the items is so great. The value for the amount of product is uncompairable. Product weight n size looks great. Products have great ease of use. Product looks top shelf.

Had to order twice, first set didn't come in the mail, some how it got lost, but had to buy another set, I am very happy with the purschase, well made, very sharp, easy to handle, not to light not to heavy, really great grips, the machette case has pockets on the side of it, if you can store little items with it, the head light works well, the rope is well made, axe works well, Its the perfect gift for anyone. Good Value. Good for camping
