I use this via a smart doorbell / Alexa / smart socket to turn on for 1 minute when someone rings the front door bell. I have a small woodwork shop and when a machine is running I can not hear a bell. The strobe is bright enough to attract my attention without causing me to be startled.

its a good unit but not very powerful

The media could not be loaded. This is really good value for money. No LED strobe is gonna match this. It makes me think i'm back in the club. Good speed range and the sound mode actually works okay where I have found other ones at this pricepoint don't react well even to loud music. Mid/Low volume it will just focus on the Bass but I did find when having a bit of a garage sesh that it started to respond to Hi hats and other higher frequency drum instruments in the Mix. Still that was at chest thumping volume. Combine this with some RGB random strobe or disco ball with some fly glasses

Hi yes bought 2 thinking it would be ok had to cut plug off because the dj equipment will not take 3 pin plugs any way during a show I was doing 1 of the lights decided to pack up and would not work so the morroll of this story is to run you light as they are for around an hour then if you need to cut you plug of to fit your equipment that up to you as I think you invalid you garrentiey any way ordered anot her and hope it don't happen again all the best rock on
