Grip
It's my personal opinion ... I bought them because I have problem with grip on my left hand however they do not help me in the way I thought they will so at the moment I'm seeking other way to help myself. In fact , they are support the wrist really well and also are comfortable to apply . 4/5

Would recommend if you have had wrist or if you are trying to lift more
I injured my wrist and sprained it, was out of the gym for a while and when I returned I struggled to lift weights not because they were too heavy but because I felt my wrist going. These really helped in supporting my wrist and bringing that strength back. They also helped with gaining me new PB’s
