Its a polyester type material bag that fits the helmet well. It definitely protects from scratches and dust. It is not waterproof/resistant but relatively water repellent.

Not dat great but OK
- Stretching the cord to close the mouth of the cover after putting helmet inside it doesn't work. - I have a 800mm STUDDS helmet. It is not able to close the entire mouth, no matter how hard I try. - Quality seems good. Will update after long use. - Definitely waterproof but as I said, mouth won't close fully so you cannot keep it outside.
