I've reviewed this before and will say I've used it for several years and absolutely love it. It is so great to not have to use harmful chemicals to achieve a good look. It is easy to use, mixes well with another shade of the same brand if desired and dependable to always produce the desired color. The seller is prompt and I've never had an issue. Go for it!

Been using this for years and the last year I could see that my coloring wasn't staying in that long. I purchased a recent one and they changed some of the formula for the pre treatment shampoo and is soo much better. Eventhough it is charcoal and weiird to look at it definitely works better for my hair. Smells better too.

I forgot to look at the reviews and alot of ladys lost there hair in the sink. I was told I can't return it. You all need to look at reviews before you buy.. and the return policy. Just saying!
