Excellent machine
I use my in home...as my hands are full of arthritis I was struggling with the twist lid coffee pots.. This machine is excellent... I bought the one with the extra pot.. glad I did ..as when i make a pot it is gone straight away ...by the time everyone has theirs I have another pot all ready to go.... So easy to use..so easy to clean... Love it Love it Love it....Go on, if your looking and reading ,,,BUY It,,,,

Solid built, no-frills hardworking coffee brewer.
Bought it for the office, where we go through quite a bit of coffee. Brews coffee fast, no other frills. Solid built, should last for a while. Another good point is that the filters are very cheap, so over time, you save a fortune.

Fabulous... and it comes with TWO jugs!
Absolutely love this machine. Makes great coffee which doesn't get bitter even when kept warm for a couple of hours. Plus, having two jugs is super convenient.

Tried and tested
Have previously owned the same machine so decided to purchase the same when the last one gave up. I had the previous one for 5 years+, used it everyday. Worth every penny.

Worth the price
I prefer filtered coffee and the Novo makes it quickly - a full pot in about 5 minutes. Expensive, but they last a long time - seven years or so of daily use.

Brilliant Coffee Machine
We bought this for our office - we need coffee brewed through quick and plenty of it so a double jug facility is brilliant. The bonus with this machine is that the coffee stays at the right temperature no matter how long it has been on - the result is wonderful fresh tasting coffee.
