Very high in fibre
Firstly, yes I’ve given 5 stars for flavour even though we all know they aren’t the tastiest crisp breads around. However they taste as they should considering how high in fibre they are. I’ve been eating them for years. Low calorie, high fibre, very filling and are edible if you top them with lovely things. I have 3 for breakfast with smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Or I mash banana on them.

Ideal if you have diabetes
Fabulous for snacks/part of low carb diet e.g. if you follow Dr Bernstein’s advice these are the ones he recommends. I love with soft cheese such as Boursin. One cracker is 3.3g carbs (Original ryvita is 6.7g).

Like MDF ..
not crispy per se more like chewy and crispy, nothing like ryvita..needs a ton of mayonaise or butter to get these down.. have threaded them to string for the birds

Craving-free crispbread.
Love this product. Seems to be the only crisp bread that does not cause cravings. Lovely with a bit of cheese and cucumber slices. Has helped me to lose more than 8kg on low carb diet.
