I know everyone says this but I honestly never leave reviews... but I know a lot of women suffer from hair loss or thinning and think its important to address and help out if we find solutions.I've always had thin hair but lots of it so was able to disguise it by keeping my hair long. In the past few years I've used Easilocks extensions and liked having big bouncy locks, but during lockdown these had to come out and I was so upset to see my own hair had gotten worse - not even long anymore, just broken and so thin it was just crumbling away.I tried these Good Hair vitamins because they were recommended to me and can honestly say they've made a difference in only three weeks. Of course I don't suddenly have long thick hair - I never have had - but from the wispy crispy mess I found under the extensions I now have a more substantial handful, I can run my hands through my hair and feel it again. There is baby growth around my ears and neck and it all just feels a bit more hopeful if that makes sense? I can brush it again and it's even staying in a hair band. So yes I will continue taking these and am absolutely thrilled with the results.Also, bonus - all the ridges in my paper thin nails have filled out and they're suddenly all the same length and feeling quite strong! I’ve been using this for about 6 weeks, my hair has been really healthy ever since. I take this as a way to avoid male hair loss, I would have no accurate way to know yet, if it’s working for that though. I have had experienced some hair loss with age which has been extremely worrying (I’m 31), but I’m not exactly anywhere near to being bald. But there’s no accurate way for me to assess if it’s working unless I take it for at least a year and come back to write another review.Edit: so I’ve been using this for a few months now and I swear my hair Does look thicker lol I’m very pleasantly surprised

My hair has been thinning and falling out a lot during washing and brushing out. Since using these tablets, I have seen a small reduction in how much hair falls out during washing and brushing. I have not seen any difference in hair growth from the follicle or any improvement on my scalp area. I am hoping that the reduction in hair fallout during washing and brushing will improve as time goes on and I will see a difference in hair growth from the follicle and in my scalp health. For now, I think they are working slowly, so progress is not instant.

I have suffered for years with hair loss & thinning of my hair,  all are due to see & going through the  menopause,  we never thing about the effect its having on our hair & nails etc  . I decided that I needed to find  something that will help before I loose any more hair . As my hair will not grow to the length I  want it too its stopped at the same length for years . . The bottle has a horrible smell when you remove the lid , the capsules are a little large , but easily  swallowed & they dont have any unpleasant taste .  I have  noticed that my hair is not only feeling a lot thicker ,but  looks a lot thicker . I have tried blow drying my hair without any products & my hair is a lot thicker.As normally my hair  would be very limp & flat to my head even though I  had styled it . I need to use a mouse or spray gel .  I cannot believe  that these capsules are actually doing what they say . My hair looks in great condition & a lot fuller , I’m also looking closely  at the length as my hair hardly grows but it dose appear to be getting a  little longer . I took this supplement two years ago (when I was 21) and haven’t recovered since. DHT is a sex hormone and a testosterone. Ever since I’ve had a severe decrease in libedo which has had a huge impact on my life in general and even after two years it’s yet to return to its normal levels. It’s resulted in me experiencing depression and unable to find a partner due to the lack of desire. Please do your research. A better head of hair is not worth a life of misery.

When I turned 40 I noticed I started shredding a lot more hair so started to take hair supplements. These are the second brand I’ve tried and are far the best.The tablets are roughly the same save as a paracetamol or antibiotic tablet, however they smell and taste awful. If you’ve got a weak gag reflex or cannot take smelly tablets these are not for you. However if you can get past these issues it is so worth it.After only a couple weeks of taking them I noticed my shredding had significantly reduced and my hair looked generally far more healthy. By the month mark my hair was glowing, it looked so shiny and felt so sort to touch.I naturally have wavy hair that tends to frizz so I use serums etc to tame the frizz. However, I have noticed that I’m not using half the serum I previous was as I’m not getting anywhere near my usual frizz.My hairdresser also has noticed a huge difference and cannot believe how shiny my hair is.I would definitely recommend these, as they’ve made such a big difference to my hair.
