Life changer!
Every single woman should be taking this. This herb changed my life. My moods, my anxiety, didn't have a cloudy mind. Absolutely fantastic (speak to your doctor about it)

Great product, really helps
I was on the implant for a few months when it really started to effect my emotions. I was told I had to go onto the pill for a week while still having the implant so that when they removed the implant I was still protected. Going back on the pill for a few months was much better but I decided I wanted to come off birth control altogether. I don't know exactly what happened, because I've been on the pill before and been fine but this time my emotions were severely bad. I was breaking down all the time over sometimes nothing at all and I had no patience what so ever. I was an emotional wreck. They say your body changes after you turn 30 so maybe my body reacted differently when I came off the pill this time or maybe it was the implant as I was warned by a friend not to get it as she had a bad experience herself. I'm not sure, all I know is when I went online looking for answers I got a real shock when I saw how many women had the same emotional problems when coming off birth control. Agnus castus is one of the solutions that kept coming up a lot and antidepressants did as well but I wanted to leave them as a last resort. Lots of people were praising it and we're getting positive results. Turns out I didn't need the antidepressants. Agnus castus really really helped me, took a few months to get into my system but once it did I felt like myself again! Relief! I take one in the morning and one in the evening, everyday as stated on box. If you are trying this to help with conception then start taking on first day of your period, one in morning & one in evening. Once you start ovulating, stop taking them. Then start them again on first day of next period until you are ovulating again. Do not take them while pregnant as you are not supposed to, this is why you stop taking them once you are ovulating as I read numerous times online it is not supposed to be safe and may cause miscarriage. They said something about how it may cause minor contractions but don't think they had a lot of evidence to back it up. Better to be safe than sorry so my preference would be to stop when ovulating. Hope this helps :)

Can't live without them
I can't do without this supplement, it makes a huge difference to how I feel all month round but most especially during my period, when I double up on the dose for a few days before and during. They were recommended to me by a qualified holistic practitioner friend and later confirmed as a good supplement to take by a gynaecologist consultant I saw for suspected PCOS. They have helped alleviate often time crippling PMS symptoms which would result in me feeling human only for a week or so every month - that's no way to live and no-one should have to endure that. These supplements help with bloating, low mood, irritability, over sensitivity & heightened emotions, irrational feelings of anger and low self worth, food cravings and extreme tiredness. They help to balance things out all month long. I do not take these to assist with irregular ovulation but I like to think they help with that also, I don't personally have that issue (yet!!). I would highly recommend these for anyone who suffers even a jot of PMS along with Magnesium citrate which I also use.

Woman's herb
I'm using this to self-manage what I believe is endometriosis (no formal diagnosis). I've reduced the dose from 2 a day to 1 a day, as I wasn't noticing a huge difference on 2 a day, but this is personal preference. My endometriosis takes the form of diarrhoea and debilitating discomfort in my abdomen area usually for the first 36-48 hours of my cycle. Recently I've also begun to get nausea and weird cramping in my legs, I'm 29. Just now beginning to link to my severe mood swings too. Have suffered since my early 20s, so disruptive to life and work, always having to take days off or go home early. Taking these, coupled with daily exercise (unfortunately it has to be daily ladies, particularly in the last 8 days before you're due on, I recommend PiYo or HIIT training) I'm seeing a benefit. My last 2 periods were without diarrhoea, and although I still couldn't do much and was joined at hip to my hot water bottle, at least they were a little more manageable. For me, that's a success! Give them a whirl and ditch the pharmaceuticals. Agnus Castus is known as "woman's herb", we need to get back to nature ladies, we come from nature, and mother nature has the answers for us. I've also switched to reusable period pants, which I just chuck in the washing machine on a cold wash. These are also helping massively AND fantastic for the environment. Haven't bought tampons or pads for 6 months, feels truly liberating.

One month in and I'm already grateful
I'm on my second bottle, taking it twice a day, after experiencing NO symptoms of PMS whatsoever after taking it for a month. I usually have intense mood swings and sweet cravings the week before my period and pain throughout the first day, bad enough to keep me up at night, but after a month taking these I completely forgot I was about to get my period and the first day was completely pain-free. I also slept like a baby. I've bought it after hearing on a podcast Dr Carrie Jones mentioning Agnus Castus acts as an adaptogenic herb for the ovaries, balancing out any issues you may have with your reproductive system. So far, I have no words, my fingers are crossed this continues to work as beautifully as it has and sorts things out long term.

I have been taking this for about 2 weeks and I am definitely seeing some improvement in my hot flashes, the insomnia is marginally better but I know it can take up to a month or more for full effect. The other side effect of menopause for me is constipation, so this is also helping with that, so an unexpected benefit. I am hoping with long term use my hot flashes will decrease and my insomnia and allow me to get a more restful nights sleep. I ordered my second bottle as I don't want to run out as I want to see how this works for me long term. Based on a friends advice I take these in the AM and PM and so far it is helping.

I believe in herbal supplements and so does my doctor. Only issue is they take an extremely long time to work depending on how your body absorbs them. If you have time (6 months-1 year) for these to possibly help then go for it. I did not and had to turn to modern medicine for quicker results.
