poor packing so half of plates arrived smashed :(
Product itself great but there was no way it ever would've got across the world without damage as packaging was next to none. So have sent back, but haven't heard if being replaced etc

Scrivo questa recensione con la speranza che chi da dovere la legga, ho ordinato questi sei piatti che desideravo da tanto, ma sono arrivati praticamente in polvere, penso che una macchina sia passata per sopra, il problema è l’imballaggio, mai vista una roba dal genere, senza protezione, messi tutto dentro una busta di carta, credo sia ingenuo pensare che possano arrivare interi.Ho fatto il reso oggi stesso e riordinati di nuovo….vediamo fra una settimana come arrivano.Aldilà dell’imballo, o meglio ancora NON IMBALLO, Portmeirion non si batte, sono meravigliosi
