Cats love it
I have 2 Big cats one small cat. They love it but the top 3 towers started to lean after the 1st week. I will eventually have to remove them. I would not suggest this product if you have big cats other than that its great

Was missing pieces
I had to go out to lowes and buy more screws to put it together, other than that my 4 cats love it!

Not for use with large cats
This cat tree was easy to assemble and the height is nice. The problem is, one of my cats is on the heavier side (15 lbs) and this tree does not seem to be designed for cats of this weight. I have had the cat tree assembled for less than a week and one of the top platforms is already tilting significantly (every component was tightened fully). The tilt seems to get worse and worse every time my cat uses it. I wouldn't be surprised if the platform fully fails soon. This stability issue is present with all 3 of the top platforms. If you only have kittens under maybe 5lbs, this tree might work. However, once they start getting larger and heavier, you will run into the same issues that I am experiencing.Update: Only 5 hours after I wrote the above review and one of the top platforms completely failed and sent my cat falling straight off of the cat tree (I have included pictures of the failed platform). So this cat tree did not last me more than 4 days without one of the top platforms significantly tilting and another one breaking completely. It looks like the platform pillars just contain rolled cardboard (almost like a thick paper towel cardboard roll) with a very short piece of plastic stapled to the end. This piece of plastic is what screws into the bolt on the cat tree. No matter how tight that piece of plastic is, the tilting will occur because of how short it is compared to the height of the pillar (you can see in my images that the plastic piece is still fully tightened on the cat tree, but the cardboard within the pillar ripped and the staples from the plastic piece dislodged). With these issues, the top 3 platforms of this cat tree are very dangerous for cats to use. I do not recommend purchasing this cat tree if you're looking for something safe for your cats and will last longer than a week. Unless you want a cat tree for a hamster. A hamster should be light enough to prevent damage to the platforms.

Defective cat tree
After I got this cat tree put up and the cats started using it, the sears became very wobbly. One whole post broke off and as I'm writing this another seat just became unattached when my cat jumped on it. I've had many cat trees and this just doesn't stand up to continuous use.

My feral cats love it.
Added this cat tree to two others to have enough room for 8 feral cats.
