Incorrect size plastic screws. Metal screws were missing entrirely. Would appreciate help getting the correct replacement parts.

Perfect badking option for our yellow belly slider turtle. We had the badking condo at first and after her nails would catch, rusting and difficulties getting up into basking we purchased this and highly recommend this over the metal condo basking she no longer has a hard time climbing to bask and easily slides back into the water without splashing. Easy to assemble highly recommend you measure your tank before purchasing. We have a 40 gal and purchased the xl size. Make sure to remove the film on each part. Definately would purchase again this is exactly what we have been looking for. The weight, design, thickness and value exactly what we have been trying to find for a perfect habitat. Functionality that we trust and the turtle loves.

We used to never see my Axolotl as she would always be in the corner of her tank at the bottom I’m so glad I bought her this. Although it was a bit hard to set up at first it’s great quality and very sturdy. It’s super functional because even though I didn’t expect her to use it she spends all of her time swimming up to sit there and saying hello to us now, which makes it even better value for money. I was skeptical of the size at first and thought I had measured it wrong but it just about fits perfectly. The colour is great too as the transparency doesn’t distract from the rest of the tank.
