We really loved the look of this mirror, we just received it today on 6/8/2019. You could tell that someone or a few someone's walked across the box. There were footprints on the outside of the container. Right over where it says "Glass handle with care" there is a footprint. We opened the box and you could hear glass falling down the the bottom of the box. We're about to print out a label and return the mirror. We're not sure if the mirror was broken at the store or if it was USP workers that broke it. We wanted to exchange it for another but when I want to return it under "orders" we weren't giving the option to exchange it for another mirror like the broken one. That's too bad because it looks like it was a very nice looking mirror.

Excellent mirror. Cool effect with the light coming from around it. Exactly like those I have seen in high end hotels. Easy to install although must take care to get anchor points for the frame level. The mirror then sets down onto the frame and is held in place by gravity. One issue was that the wiring covers had been installed incorrectly leaving too short of a pigtail to connect to the mirror. This was easily corrected in about 5 minutes by switching the covers. One note on determining the mirror size. You will need about 2 to 3 inches clearance on each side and 1 to 2 inches above to easily get the mirror on the mounting frame. You could probably get by with less on the sides if you have a suction cup glass handle tool. Must have clearance above as the mirror has to be slightly higher than the final position in order to drop down onto the frame that is mounted on the wall.

These are amazing and well built and the shipping was expensive but so very much worth it. Everyone raves about these including contractors, artists and all in between. Can't say enough about how great these are.

It came from California, and I am located in Florida. I could not ask for a better result. I needed a bright bathroom for people to be able to see in our commercial space. This was just what we needed!

This was ultimately the Best purchase I have made. For the price I paid the quality and Wow factor of this mirror were so worth it! I would recommend purchasing this mirror to anyone! Very Very Haopy with this product

Nice bright but soft light. I was worried it would be dim, but it provides plenty of light for doing makeup, shaving a beard or stache, etc. We've only been using it a couple months, so I hope it lasts a good while.

Beautiful mirror with easy install. The packaging was very well done with spray foam to ensure the mirror did not break and in a wooden crate.
